Why health is wealth and nourishment goes beyond food

Without your health, wealth has no meaning. Nor can you be truly successful personally or professionally in the long run. Health cannot be bought and it is much more than not being sick: It is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being (World Health Organization).
When we think of nourishment, we think of food. Nevertheless, in addition to what and how we eat, we are nourished by much more than what is on our plate. Career, relationships, motivation, stress, mindset, sleep, physical activity and other areas of our life all function holistically to impact our health, success and happiness. We are led to believe that experts, books and google have the answers, and options are a luxury. The truth is that knowing and loving yourself enough to make choices in your own best interest is your foundation for success.
My approach

The more balanced you are in your career and lifestyle, the less you rely on food as your primary source of nourishment. Food is often a substitute for connection or a compensation for what is missing in our lives. The more you escape to it, the less receptive you are to nourishment of your life that feeds your soul and gives you the balance you need to nourish yourself with food in a healthy way.
A key concept I work with is bio-individuality: Each person is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach. My coaching is tailored to your individual needs, lifestyle, personal preferences and background.
Together we will dig deeper into the symptoms and pain points you want to focus on and set clear goals you wish to achieve.
Subsequently we will uncover the habits, mental blocks and causes getting in the way of achieving your goals, before defining simple, personalized actions you can take to achieve them.
