GENERAL TERMS
Health is Wealth – Patricia Ordody is a sole proprietorship owned and led by Patricia Ordody, a certified holistic Health Coach. Services include individual coaching sessions, coaching programs and presentations as outlined on the company website (www.healthiswealth.ch). Patricia Ordody (hereafter referred to as Health Coach) supports individuals and groups in making nutritional and lifestyle changes to improve their mental, physical, social and emotional health for a happier and more successful personal and professional life. Health coaching provides Clients with simple instructions, tools, facilitation of behavior change and information exchange to create greater health and wellbeing. Areas in focus include nutrition, lifestyle, career, relationships, exercise and stress.

DISCLAIMERS
The Client understands that the role of the Health Coach is not to prescribe or assess micro- and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the Health Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. The Client understands that the Health Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Health Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the Client is under the care of a health care professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor.  
The Client has chosen to work with the Health Coach and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals. The Client takes full responsibility for his/her wellbeing and for all decisions he/she makes during and after working with the Health Coach. Further, he/she expressly assumes the risks of the actions taken, such as risks of trying new foods or supplements and risks in making lifestyle changes.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Health Coach will keep the Client’s information private, and will not share the Client’s information with any third party unless compelled to by law.

SERVICES, PRICES, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Registration for the services of Health is Wealth – Patricia Ordody can be made verbally or in writing directly with Patricia Ordody. Through registration of a service, the Client declares acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions as outlined in this document. The Client understands and accepts the costs of services as agreed verbally and confirmed via e-mail/SMS by Health Coach to Client prior to start of the agreed service.
Individual coaching sessions/services are paid via TWINT or bank transfer prior to or immediately after a session. Registration to multiple sessions such as a 3-month, 6-month, or personalized program is legally binding and is to be paid prior to the first appointment. Payments must be made via bank transfer prior to the first session.
There are no refunds available. On exceptional basis and in agreement with the Health Coach, it is possible for a Client to assign the agreed program/service/ appointment to another person.
 

PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Zurich is the exclusive place of jurisdiction. The contract is subject to Swiss law.
